Caffè Craze insists on careful preparation and freshness of the coffee, tea, and specialty drinks we serve in our cafes. Convenience and speed are important too, but not at the expense of taste or integrity of ingredients. Most specialty beverage products offered to coffee bars and cafes contained ingredients we couldn't pronounce not to mention processed milk, powdered tea or coffee and excess sugar. Because of our more health conscious philosophy (and a love of creativity) we were inspired to develop our own "Original" Chai Concentrate using premium loose tea, fresh ginger, vanilla beans and fresh ground spices. Soon we began to market our all natural concentrate to other cafes such as ourselves. In response to customers requests, new Chai recipes were added including soothing "Green" and spicy "Masala". We also created "Decaf Original" Chai for the ever growing decaf market and most recently, unsweetened versions of Original and Masala. "Caffè Frappe", a concentrate made from fresh roasted, specially prepared coffee was next to be introduced. Just add milk and blend in the blender to create a delicious all natural frozen coffee drink.
Caffè Craze was founded in 1996 as a coffee/espresso catering service. In 1997 we created a cafe in the train station of Malvern, a charming suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There we enjoy serving the many professionals and students their morning cup of inspiration as they jump on the train heading into the city or various other destinations. In 2007 we opened a second location on the campus of Villanova University, also in the train station. The students depend on us to get them through their stressful moments as well as help celebrate their victorious ones. As our company grows, we will stay "on track" offering healthy, unique beverages to our own cafe customers as well as marketing our chai and caffe frappe products to other coffee bars, restaurants, gourmet food stores, and retail gift establishments.
