Caffè Craze
MASALA Chai concentrate is the
spiciest of our recipes. We start by brewing a brisk Assam tea then add
spices including ginger, cinnamon, vanilla bean (and two kinds of
pepper) creating a wonderful and complex chai with a spicy kick.
As
with our other flavors,
MASALA
can be mixed with milk, soy, or water and is wonderful served hot or
iced.

Chai is available in quarts and gallons which can be
conveniently stored on the
dry shelf for several weeks.
Shake well
before using. Refrigerate after opening.
